To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging where applicable.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and documentation. Plants must be returned in a healthy state, and containers must be undamaged. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions or to deduct from the refund amount if items are returned in a condition that reduces their value.
Cost of Return Shipping
Unless the item is faulty or we have made an error, you are responsible for the cost of returning items to us. We recommend using a tracked shipping service and retaining proof of postage. We are not responsible for items lost in transit during return shipping.
If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the cost of return shipping. Please contact us before returning such items so we can arrange the return process.
